1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Louche.

1.2 By placing an order, you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and Agreements

2.1 All offers from Louche are non-binding and can be revoked at any time.

2.2 An agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by Louche. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment can be made via the available payment methods on our website. Orders are only processed after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

4.1 Louche strives to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day. Delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered binding.

4.2 We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by external delivery services.

4.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Louche until delivery to you or a representative designated in advance and known to Louche.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 You have the right to return your order within 3 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

5.2 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

5.3 After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Warranty

6.1 Louche guarantees that the delivered products meet the usual requirements and standards and are free from defects.

6.2 If a product is defective, you must report this to us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

7. Liability

7.1 Louche is not liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products we supply.

7.2 Our liability is at all times limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1 Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships involving Louche.

9.2 Disputes between Louche and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Louche is established, unless the law mandatorily prescribes otherwise.
